Meditation is about letting go. When we let go, we create space for better things to enter our life. An effective way to create space for ourselves is through a regular meditation practice. It can sound overwhelming (I don't have time. I can't empty my mind. Sound familiar?), but, as Lao Tsu said, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
A busy mind and schedule can be overwhelming, which makes meditation an essential tool in your wellness toolkit. To support your practice, breathe bar is offering weekly meditation classes, led by certified meditation instructor, Marilyn Joy. These classes will teach mindful breathing and meditation techniques to better manage life's daily stressors, improve well-being, and create the space to just be.
