What is Mindfulness? How do I apply it to my daily life?
Being Mindful allows you to experience life fully, and puts you in the present moment. Too much time is spent thinking about the past or worrying about the future. Life happens in the present moment. Being Mindful puts you there.
There are many more benefits of a Mindful approach to life. Improved health, less stress, and a clearer connection to your core self are a few. This talk will discuss more of the benefits and explanations of how they work.
We will conclude the class with a Guided Body Scan meditation. This is a strong meditation that joins your mind and body in the present moment, so you can truly Experience and Feel the concepts explained.
This meditation will be LAYING DOWN, so please BRING A MAT OR BLANKET.

*No special clothing required though comfortable pants are ideal.
*This class will be led by guest teacher Michael Volpe of Higher States of Being, who will be leading the class through a body scan to foster total body relaxation. Come join us!
