Meditation is about letting go. When we let go, we create space for better things to enter our life. An effective way to create space for ourselves is through a regular meditation practice. It can sound overwhelming (I don't have time. I can't empty my mind. Sound familiar?), but, as Lao Tsu said, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
A busy mind and schedule can be taxing, which makes meditation an essential tool in your wellness toolkit. To support your practice, breathe bar offers weekly meditation classes. These classes will teach mindful breathing and meditation techniques to better manage life's daily stressors, improve well-being, and create the space to just be.

*No special clothing required though comfortable pants are ideal.
*NOTE: For Valentine's Day Eve, this special class will be taught by Dr. L. Annette Drain, a psychologist, author, professor and licensed clinical therapist. She will focus this class on cultivating love within ourselves, so that we can better receive and give love to others. You're welcome to bring a partner or friend to experience partner meditation (sitting back-to-back for extra support).
